RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Program Manager in San Jose, CA.

Key Tasks:
* Technical Program Manager will lead and complete large-scale, client-driven projects
* Communicate with clients and customers to determine their needs or requirements
* Develop, design, and implement improved business processes or solutions to meet consumer expectations
* Assist with budgeting and financial status reports
* Drive large-scale multi-functional Hardware and Software programs
* Define plans and drive development of new product launches
* Own, build, organize, and manage project plans for key initiatives, including reporting/briefing, execution and tracking of program work, achievements, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
* Evaluate program progress and results against program objectives, create or reengineer processes, tools and/or structure to improve productivity and overall program outcomes
* Collaborate with the various Program leads within the team to actively exchange information, decisions and conduct interlock sessions
* As a Technical Program Manager, you will work on multiple programs in parallel in a fast-paced environment
* Communicate status on ongoing programs to partners and senior management

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
* 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software and hardware, embedded, networking, or cloud technologies, with new product introduction experience
* 3+ years of experience with process management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, and SharePoint
* Experience in facilitating continuous improvement and supporting senior leaders in cross-functional environments
* Proven ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects under deadline pressure

Desired Skills:
* Experience with SaaS products and Agile development methodologies would be a plus
* Previous experience with server development and/or equipment development preferred
* Prior experience interacting with external vendors including liquid cooling technologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
