Role - Testing SME
Location - Hartford, CT- Hybrid
Testing SME Veeva CRM to Vault CRM Migration
Role Purpose:
Own and execute the finalized test strategy for the Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration across multiple workstreams. Drive coordination, execution, and continuous improvement to ensure regulatory compliance and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy & Execution:
Serve as the single point of accountability for end-to-end test plan execution.
Adapt and enhance the test plan as project needs evolve.
Ensure all phases, entry/exit criteria, and deliverables are met on schedule.
Operational Leadership:
Lead and coordinate testing across business, application, interface, and US IT workstreams.
Manage defect triage, test execution logistics, and resource allocation.
Track daily progress and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
Continuous Improvement:
Optimize test processes, documentation, and frameworks.
Improve traceability and defect management practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as liaison between testing teams, project leadership, and business stakeholders.
Communicate progress, risks, and resource needs proactively.
Support go/no-go readiness assessments and phase gate decisions.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all testing meets GxP and regulatory standards.
Maintain audit readiness in collaboration with validation and quality teams.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience owning and executing complex test strategies.
Enterprise CRM migration experience (Veeva preferred).
Strong leadership in cross-functional coordination and delivery.
Technical expertise in system integration testing.
Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience with GxP compliance is a plus.
Ability to drive continuous improvement in testing processes
