Summary

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and mature the break-fix prioritization program. This role ensures effective management of prioritization logic change requests, escalations, and manual override processes. Responsibilities include applying project management methodologies across all phases of the lifecycle-design, scope, quality, and performance reporting-while collaborating with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Drive maturity of the break-fix prioritization program; manage prioritization logic changes, escalations, and overrides.
  • Project Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and scopes; manage resources and ensure adherence to processes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with functional teams to define requirements; coordinate with engineering teams for testing, rollout plans, and operational procedures.
  • Governance & Reporting: Lead change and release management; prepare impact analyses; deliver quality and performance reporting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7+ years project management experience in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
  • 5+ years experience delivering technology and business solutions in mission-critical IT operations.
  • PMP or PMI certification required.
  • Strong risk assessment and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and exercise judgment in dynamic environments.
