Job Title: IT Procurement Technician

Job Description:
- Coordinate and participate in drafting solicitation packages
- Collaborate with HHSC SMEs to develop technical and program-specific content
- Provide technical assistance across HHSC departments regarding procurement practices
- Analyze procurement requirements from various programs
- Coordinate with PCS and Legal Services on solicitation methods, timelines, and procurement activities
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on procurement workgroups and staff training
