Job Description:



  • Kelly's client is undergoing significant organizational structure changes and requires a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support and optimize Employee Central and Position Management processes. This role will be critical in managing employee moves, executing mass data updates, adjusting business rules, and ensuring smooth adoption of current SuccessFactors releases. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional configuration skills with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Organizational Structure & Employee Moves



  • Support ongoing changes to the company's organizational structure, including transfers, reorganizations, and new hierarchy alignment.

  • Execute and validate mass employee updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.


System Configuration & Functional Expertise:



  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Position Management modules to meet evolving business requirements.

  • Develop, modify, and maintain business rules, workflows, and configurations to align with HR policies and operational needs.

  • Ensure system compliance with Client data governance and security standards.


Release Management & Optimization



  • Provide expertise on current and upcoming SuccessFactors releases, advising on feature adoption, impact analysis, and optimization opportunities.

  • Coordinate and support regression testing for new releases and system changes.


Stakeholder Engagement & Communication



  • Partner with HR, business, and technical teams to gather requirements, provide system expertise, and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency.

  • Deliver user training, documentation, and change management support to ensure successful adoption of new features and processes.


Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors functional consultant, with a focus on Employee Central and Position Management.

  • Proven track record with configuration, business process design, and business rule development in SuccessFactors.

  • Experience supporting organizational restructures, mass employee moves, and bulk data updates.

  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors release cycles, impact assessments, and testing best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across HR, IT, and leadership teams.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central preferred.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or manufacturing industries.

  • Familiarity with data migration, integration, and reporting within SuccessFactors.

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements related to global HR data management.
