Job Description:

Role Summary:

Key Duties & Responsibilities Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation:

  • Configure and manage compensation plans, crediting rules, performance measures, and calculations.

  • Handle adjustments, disputes, and annual planning activities (quotas, plan setup).

  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, Sales Ops, Payroll, and IT for accurate commission processing.

  • Perform FBDI/ADFDI data loads and support integrations with ERP, HCM, CRM, and middleware.

  • Troubleshoot calculation issues, load errors, and manage Oracle SRs.

  • Develop and maintain OTBI/BI Publisher reports; ensure compliance with audit requirements.

  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and perform system monitoring, patch testing, and regression validation.
