Job Description
ServiceNow Product Domain Architect (Level 2)
Relevant Exp: 10+ years
Product Domain Architecture:
Lead the architecture design for process within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable architectural solutions.
Implementation and Configuration:
Oversee the implementation of applications using Out-of-the-Box configurations on the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure that the configuration aligns with industry best practices and meets business needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather feedback and make continuous improvements.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and release notes.
Ensure that documentation is accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
3+ Experience creating designs for ServiceNow.
Valid Certified System Administrator for ServiceNow
