Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically inclined Senior Project Engineer to support a critical engineering initiative. This role will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive equivalency and gap assessments across multiple systems and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of equivalency and gap assessments across complex systems and projects
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders to gather requirements, review system drawings, and evaluate user needs
- Analyze and compare user requirements, software, and hardware specifications between systems
- Provide strategic recommendations to leverage testing and validation efforts across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, validation, and quality teams to ensure alignment and traceability
- Deliver high-impact insights that directly influence project outcomes and timelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project engineering or systems engineering roles
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to interpret complex system documentation
- Demonstrated success working across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing) is a plus
