Description:


Performs calibration functions on all testing and measuring equipment throughout all Manufacturing and Research operations.
Performs calibration according to written and automated procedures on measuring and testing equipment, tools, gauges, and fixtures as defined by the calibration schedule.
Coordinates the calibration with a certified outside source.
Maintains clear and concise records to facilitate timely problem identification, development of department procedures and to comply with internal and external regulations.

Duties:
Performing beginning calibration activities.
Basic mechanical, pressure equipment verification to support internal customers.
Potential to run some automated system calibrations.
Working in the calibration lab, some data entry duties

Experience:
1-2 years’ of experience; Testing of equipment, Lab experience is plus, Test Tech of equipment, analysis work, scientific notation, unit conversions (measurements)

Key Skills:
Computer experience with excel. Read and follow written instructions. Inquisitive and eager to learn. Attention to detail. Ability to work as a team member.

Preferred Experience:
Some experience working with testing, quality, Knowledge of Multimeters, Calipers is a plus

Education:
HS diploma or equivalent work experience in a related field. Associate degree will be considered.
