Service Now UI Builder , UI builder is must
Job Description:
- Who has a strong understanding of ServiceNow products.
- Who will be Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications.
- Who will be an active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applicationsand automate and improvebusinessprocesses.
- Who is Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ Bootstrap / Angular.
- Who will Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
- Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
- Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production.
Technical Abilities and responsibilities:
- Minimum 6+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and at least 6 + years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps.
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
- Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
- Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
- Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
- Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
- Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
Functional Attributes: Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative environment. Must be detail-oriented and possess problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly. Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity. Working experience in Agile.
