Job Details
We re hiring a Product Owner to lead the creation of new Accumulator/Decumulator (ACDC) structured equity products on the sell side. This role requires someone who has built ACDC products from scratch, understands the institutional client landscape, and can work across Front Office, Sales, and Product teams to define, deliver, and launch competitive structured offerings.
This is not a support or maintenance role we need someone who can drive product vision, execution, and go-to-market alignment from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision and roadmapfor sell-side ACDC products
- Collaborate closely with Traders, Sales, and Product stakeholdersto build client-centric offerings
- Lead product design, feature definition, and backlog management aligned to business goals
- Guide solution architecture and technical design with engineering and architecture teams
- Oversee end-to-end testing, integration, and production rollout
- Drive cross-functional alignment between front office, tech, risk, ops, and compliance
- Ensure timely delivery and readiness to support institutional client trading
Required Experience:
- Hands-on experience building Accumulator/Decumulator products from the ground up
- Expertise in Structured Equities / Equity Derivatives, with a deep understanding of sell-side trading
- Proven track record working across Front Office, Sales, and Product teams
- End-to-end product ownership: vision, design, build, testing, and release
- Ability to create product artifacts architecture diagrams, flows, requirements docs
- Strong communicator and influencer across business and tech teams
