About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who can oversee and coordinate multiple workstreams within complex programs. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing tools like JIRA, tracking progress against milestones, and providing clear, concise reporting to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
- Handle JIRA administration for tracking epics, stories, tasks, and progress across teams.
- Develop and share weekly reports highlighting status updates, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive milestone planning and ensure timely delivery of program deliverables.
- Track, manage, and communicate dependencies across projects and teams.
- Create and maintain program dashboards for real-time visibility of progress, risks, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to ensure program success.
- Facilitate regular governance meetings, stand-ups, and review sessions to monitor execution.
- Identify risks early, propose mitigations, and ensure escalation when required.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, processes, and communication across all levels of stakeholders.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in IT or related fields.
- Strong expertise with JIRA and related reporting tools.
- Ability to create and manage dashboards, trackers, and program reports.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple workstreams.
- Experience in managing milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; knowledge of advanced Excel or BI tools is a plus.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
