Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew product owner associates co-create software products using Agile methods by representing the needs of the business and customers. Crew product owner associates collaborate with developers, user experience professionals, and data analysts to prioritize work and to assess outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and backlog items

Collaborate with development teams to refine and execute the product roadmap

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the scrum team

Ensure clear communication and alignment of product objectives across teams

Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate on product improvements

Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions

Work closely with global teams, including those based in India, to ensure smooth collaboration and execution

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager with strong backlog management skills

Strong business acumen and the ability to define and articulate user requirements

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams

Ability to work across time zones, with some collaboration required with teams in India

Preference for candidates in Central or East Coast time zones to ensure effective team collaboration

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
