Job Details

  • Provide end-user technical support for Microsoft Exchange and Outlook in desktop environments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to email configuration, connectivity, synchronization, and performance.

  • Assist users with initial email setup, profile configuration, mailbox migration, and Outlook integration.

  • Identify and resolve problems related to email delivery failures, spam filtering, and mailbox quotas.

  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and network teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of Exchange services.

  • Monitor and manage the health and performance of Microsoft Exchange servers, proactively addressing potential issues.

  • Perform regular system maintenance, including patching, backups, and configuration reviews.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Exchange and Outlook support procedures and common issues.

  • Stay informed on the latest updates, features, and best practices related to Microsoft Exchange and Outlook.

  • Log, track, and manage incident and service requests using Remedy (or other ITSM tools), ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
