Search Engine Marketing (SEM/SEO) Manager
Overview:
We re seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing Manager to lead large-scale SEM and SEO initiatives, manage paid search and digital campaigns, and optimize performance across global platforms. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize large-scale SEM campaigns auditing performance, managing budgets, launching new campaigns, and implementing bid strategies.
Oversee paid and organic media channels, including paid search, social, and display advertising.
Develop and enforce best practices for keyword strategy, content optimization, and page structure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align digital strategy and ensure campaign success.
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization to improve ROI.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance insights using Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Ensure proper setup of ad servers, data pipelines, and conversion tracking.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong background in SEM campaign management.
Proven success in B2B paid search and SEO-focused content optimization.
Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Excel (pivot tables), and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor s degree required.
Experience managing large, global SEM accounts.
Familiarity with content strategy and keyword research for SEO integration.
