Technical Lead

Position Summary:
Delegata is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee complex enterprise-level
IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience aligning IT systems with
business processes, managing technical teams, and contributing to the full software
development lifecycle, particularly with Oracle-based solutions. This individual will play
a key leadership role in guiding technical strategy, system integration, and team
execution.

Required Qualifications:
IT Systems Alignment
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational
business processes.
At least five (5) years of this experience must be in a lead role.
Team Leadership
Minimum of four (4) years of experience leading technical teams of four or more
members.
Technical Experience
Minimum of six (6) years of progressively complex experience and intermediate-
level skills in system analysis, design, programming, and testing.
Oracle Database
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Oracle databases,
including database design, development using SQL and PL/SQL, and
performance tuning of queries.
Data Synchronization
Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing data synchronization
solutions on Oracle platforms, including ETL processes and tools and a strong
understanding of data modeling.

Education
Bachelor s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field from a recognized college
or university.
A Master s or Doctorate in an IT-related or Engineering field is preferred but not
required.
