DTI has an immediate need for a Operations Coordinator for a 5+ Months contract to Hire.
Must work on our W2
Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Duration: 5+ Months contract to Hire (1/26/2026 - 1/25/2027)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with PC Applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in providing extraordinary customer service with both internal and external customers
- Ability to perform duties with limited direction
Preferred for Selection:
- Proficient in WMS, Client and Lotus NotesSAP experience preferred, not required
- Familiar with Company Policies and Procedures
- Basic understanding of the utility industry
Responsibilities:
- This position will provide clerical support to the Gas Operations Integration Center.
- Timely and accurate preparation of work
- Highly efficient team environment
- Effective communications
- Administrative efficiencies and improvements
- Excellent internal and external customer service
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Application, receipt, distribution, communication and execution of permits
- One Call process
- Site Readiness details
- Creation, update and execution of WMS/Client order types
- Utilization of various PC Applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
- E-mail using the Lotus Notes application
- Quality customer service
- Preparation of correspondence
- Cohesive team work
- Office administration
- Customer complaint process
Comments/Special Instructions:
- Hybrid role on site Tuesday through Thursday. Remotely Monday and Friday
Pay rate: $14.00-25.00/hr depending on experience
