Job Details

Job Title: Appian SME

Location: Dallas, TX

Key Responsibilities:

12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Appian BPM development and architecture.
Strong understanding of Appian design patterns, SAIL, Process Models, CDTs, Records, Reports, Sites, and Interfaces.
Hands-on experience with Appian plug-ins, Web APIs, RPA, and integration with REST/SOAP services.
Lead end-to-end Appian BPM solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and map business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into Appian applications.
Define and enforce Appian architecture standards, reusable components, and integration patterns.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to Appian developers and analysts.
Work closely with Enterprise Architects and Solution Designers to integrate Appian workflows with enterprise systems (e.g., core banking, CRM, payment systems).
Conduct Appian performance tuning, version upgrades, and apply best practices for scalability and security.
