About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RPA Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath and Alteryx to streamline and elevate our business processes. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, craft scalable solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath and Alteryx.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation scripts, frameworks, and processes.
  • Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Support and train end-users on implemented solutions and RPA best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and incorporate industry trends to optimize automation strategy.
  • Work within Agile frameworks for iterative development and delivery.
  • Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to drive insight-driven automation.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficiency in RPA tools, specifically UiPath and Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and cloud-native development practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with additional automation platforms or integration frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence tools, and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Awareness of application resiliency, performance tuning, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
