Role : Oracle Fusion & HCM Engineer

Colleague Experience Technology team is looking for Oracle Cloud Configuration Engineer (ORC/Talent/Learn). This is the key opportunity for any individual who can design, develop, solve problems, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy, and document software and systems that meet Oracle standards in support of the Oracle Modernization Project.

Desired Skills/Experience

• Experience of Configuration and Supporting Oracle Fusion: ORC and/or Talent and/or Learning
• Proven experience in end to end implementations and application support for Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent and Learning.
• Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
• Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System, VBS Customizations and end to end hire to retire process flow for all modules including Core HR, ORC, Learn, Talent and Compensation.
• Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of BI reports, Approval workflow, OTBI and BI reports, OIC Integrations.
• Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
• Experience on Oracle Journeys
• Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
• Working knowledge of Fast formulas, HCM Data loader (HDL), OTBI and ability to troubleshoot and support config and integrations.
• Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.

Nice to Have

• Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
• Strong functional background in the HCM domain with focus on business process re-engineering and solution fitment.
• Document and present technical solutions to stakeholders in clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of Skill Nexus, GEN AI in Oracle.
• Knowledge on LLM's
• Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages
