Job Details

We’re seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager - Digital Currency with hands-on experience in the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 space. This person will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, driving client acquisition, and expanding our client’s presence in local markets.

 

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, from a tier 1 exchange, and is client focused. You’re motivated by growth, performance, and partnership, and thrive in evolving financial environments. Location: Remote, anywhere in United States

Permanent Salary Range: $80K-$110K base + commission + equity

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow business within the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with affiliates, brokers, KOLs, VIPs, and other key partners.
  • Identify partnership and revenue opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Negotiate agreements, prepare documentation, and manage contract execution.
  • Represent the company at local and global crypto events to promote brand awareness.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Compliance) to deliver tailored partner solutions.
  • Track and report KPIs, client activity, and competitive market trends.

 

Must Haves:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, Web3, or blockchain.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or financial product sales.
  • Prior experience or strong understanding of local crypto markets, with existing relationships or insights into key influencers.
  • Active network within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers.
  • Proven ability to initiate, manage, and monetize business relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and documentation abilities.

 

Preferred:

  • Proven success driving measurable business results and partnership growth in the crypto or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of crypto market structures, liquidity, and ecosystem trends.
