Job Details
- Develop and implement configuration management plans for IT systems.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and changes.
- Ensure compliance with configuration management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve configuration issues.
- Conduct regular audits of IT configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support for IT projects, including configuration planning and implementation.
- Develop and maintain configuration management documentation and reports.
- Proven experience in IT configuration management or a similar role.
