Job Description:
Analyze the current state of the in-scope processes detailed above in Service Overview.
Perform a gap analysis of the out of the box modules and the customer's current process flows.
Discuss and design the ideal desired state of service delivery while considering the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and recommended good practices.
Review basic platform security properties.
Establish a high-level plan to implement the project and accomplish the solution.
Identify necessary project resources along with any risks or constraints.
Conducting of workshops in the Plan Stage (not to exceed the number of hours in the Timeline section of this SOW unless agreed upon by all parties via a Change Order).
The workshops will cover the following ServiceNow modules:
- Project Baseline and Use Case Review Workshops
- Current Instance Review - TNI Workshops
- Legacy data migration: Active account data only
- TSM Delta Workshops
- CSM Inbound Email Action Integration Workshop
- TSM Dashboards & Reporting Workshop Docusign
- CSM Portal Delta Workshop
- OMT Workshop
As an output of the workshops, NewRocket will facilitate a meeting with Client stakeholders to discuss the stories and project timeline, as well as clarify any pending questions regarding the future state solution.
Execute Objective:
Implement and configure the solution as defined in previous stages, based on the agreed upon requirements from the Plan phase and within the constraints of the allocated duration for the Execute phase. Run project review cycles to realize business objectives and value through rapid configuration and transparent reporting.

Configure the base ServiceNow platform:

- Create up to 4 out-off-the-box (OOTB) reports based on approved requirements using non-
- Performance Analytics functionality.
Integrate the tools listed below with ServiceNow in the Client environment(s):
List the tool(s) we are integrating with, the use case for the integration, mechanism and direction
of integration. Example below:
1: Microsoft Automatic User Provisioning Integration:
Use Case: To populate the User and Group tables in ServiceNow from Microsoft.
Mechanism and Direction: Modification to out of the box settings to pull users and groups
in from Microsoft into ServiceNow.
Integration
2:Microsoft Single SignOn:
Use Case: To allow users to be authenticated in ServiceNow through single-sign-on
(SSO)..
Mechanism and Direction: The out of the box connector will be used to allow for
authentication into ServiceNow.
Outcomes:
ServiceNow platform elements, in-scope applications, and capabilities configured per the agreed upon stories. NewRocket will also conduct functional testing in this phase before code is released for User Acceptance Testing.
