Job Details
Desktop Support / Trade Floor Support Analyst.
Location: Onsite 5 days a week at Suite Jersey City, NJ 07310.
Will provide user supports in solving desktop and trading system issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop issues related to software, hardware and network
- Install, configure and patch desktop software
- Install desktop monitors and workstations
- Knowledge in troubleshooting Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, GPO, printer
- Basic knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people
- Flexible to work in satellite offices and flexible with working hours
