ServiceNow ITOM Event Management / AIOps Architect

Role : ServiceNow ITOM Event Management / AIOps Architect Location : Seattle, WA/Overland Park, KS(Onsite)

15+Years of relevant experience
Experienced ServiceNow ITOM resource with AIOps experience. The candidate should have experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules, as well as experience with AIO tools and techniques.
Previous experience providing support and Consulting for ServiceNow ITOM and Similar tools like Truesight or Moogsoft
Should have solid experience with RHEL/CentOS and are not afraid of the command line or basic system administration.
Familiar with MySQL and can construct basic SQL queries.
Knowledge of some of the following: Nginx, Apache Tomcat, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, REST, JSON, TCP/IP Networking, JavaJVM.

Bachelor s degree and 5+ year experience in tools/infrastructure and 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation, configuration, and customization.
Solid scripting skills (e.g. JavaScript(must), Shell script, Perl script)
Previous work on event management tools like ServiceNow ITOM , Truesight or Netcool is preferable
Development/implementation experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Mgmt. MOM(Manager of Managers) , ACC(Agent Client Collector),HLA(Health Log Analytics) applications
Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow and AIOps technologies and trends. RabbitMQ, Apache tomcat, MySQL and elastic search knowledge is preferable
Experience with AIOps tools and techniques, such as machine learning, data analytics, and automation is a must.
Strong understanding of IT operations processes and best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and integrations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.
Any ServiceNow ITOM certification is a must and any further certifications are a plus
Strong working knowledge of elementary tools like SolarWinds and ITSM tools along with CMDB
Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment
Knowledge of Infrastructure Operations.
Sound knowledge and experience in creating HLDs and LLDs
Experience with security best practices in server configuration, tool development, and access controls
Development/Testing background would be an added advantage.
Responsible for overseeing and implementing event processing rules, event transforms, event automation, event auto assignments, event views, event integration activities, enterprise adoption strategies of ServiceNow Event Management, and show casing strategy to other teams and leadership.
Expectation of interfacing with mgmt, assisting with strategy, roadmaps, and designing new functional expansions of the respective tool platforms.
Self-starter who is motivated by success and can manage time effectively.
Will be required to work outside normal business hours and on weekends as required.
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Configure ServiceNow ITOM modules to meet business requirements and ensure integration with other ServiceNow modules.
Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
Use AIOps techniques and tools to optimize and automate IT operations processes.
Perform system testing and quality assurance activities.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM modules.
