- Experience: Minimum 2 years in supply chain, demand planning, or forecasting roles

Position Overview
Samsung Electronics is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain operations for a specific product category. This role is pivotal in aligning supply with forecasted demand and ensuring timely product availability. The analyst will collaborate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain accurate forecasts and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability by managing demand forecasts and aligning supply with customer orders
- Operate weekly SKU/site-level forecasts and provide customer order commitments
- Update short-term (6-month) top-line forecasts to secure supply
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Operations to adjust forecasts for new launches, promotions, and market changes
- Track and manage customer orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with HQ and factories for production scheduling and supplier alignment
- Monitor order intake and shipping processes to meet monthly sales targets
- Analyze and publish daily/weekly performance reports
- Develop AP1 forecasts for 12 weeks to 9 months by account and product group
- Minimize ATS (Available to Sell) inventory and aging through forecast/order alignment
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or forecasting
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Not seeking candidates with a purely logistics back-ground; preference for broader supply chain experience
Interview Process
- First Round: 30-minute Webex interview with Hiring Manager
- Second Round: Interview with Hiring Manager's Manager
Additional Notes
- Relocation is not supported; local candidates preferred
- Candidates should be comfortable with weekly consensus calls and direct client interaction
- Experience in developing account-level forecast models is highly valued
