  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and high-quality product launches.
  • Monitor and improve engineering performance metrics including cycle time, yield, defect rates, and time-to-production.
Technical Oversight & Compliance
  • Maintain engineering documentation standards and ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards (UL, ISO, IEC, or similar).
  • Oversee resolution of technical issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in power supply, aerospace, or similar hardware-intensive industries.
  • Expertise in design for manufacturability, quality systems, and production scaling.
  • Strong track record of building teams and processes to deliver innovative and reliable products.
  • Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering required.
