System Program Director
1. **Lead System Implementation**: - Spearhead the implementation of the statewide medical examiner information system, ensuring all aspects of the project align with organizational goals and requirements.
2. **Project Management and Oversight**: - Direct the planning, scheduling, and execution of all project phases, including vendor management, resource allocation, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
3. **Training Program and Help Desk Implementation**: - Co-develop and implement a comprehensive training program for end-users and oversee implementation of a dedicated help desk support team, ensuring proficient system utilization.
4. **Development of Implementation Plan**: - Create a comprehensive implementation plan encompassing change management, training strategy, testing protocols, system support framework, and stakeholder engagement strategy.
5. **Collaboration with Business Systems Analysts**: - Collaborate closely with the Business Systems Analysts to co-develop workflows, testing plans, and a system enhancement roadmap that align with organizational needs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management). - Proven experience in leading large-scale system implementations, preferably within the healthcare or public sector. - Strong project management skills with a track record of successful planning, execution, and post-deployment support. IT project management experience preferred. - Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in change management methodologies and training program development. - Familiarity with medical examiner case management systems or similar technologies is a plus.
