Travel Required : Initial months 50% (Miami and Jamaica) , will go down to 25% (All expenses paid)

Position Overview:
We are looking for Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of Fusion experience. Must have good understanding of the following Oracle Cloud Financials version 23+ capabilities. We are looking for a Functional person who has real-time hands-on functional/product experience; and/or worked with customer business process owners directly.

1. Position is for a Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle Cloud Financial Applications with a strong working/process understanding of Oracle Cloud PPM.

2. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service advisory and support, sharing Oracle Cloud best practice processes, work with DV internal Implementation team and help the customer understand the process changes and help understand how the process will work in Oracle Cloud and impact to their current business.

3. Work with Change management team to understand the process impacts from current processes to future Oracle Cloud processes

4. Work with DV assigned Implementation Functional Leads to understand the process gaps and resolutions discussed with customer to help increase the adoption with customers.

5. Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle SaaS Suite of products preferred in Financials ERP application modules and business processes

6. Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, setup documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objects. After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking-incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.
Required Skills:
1. Should have 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation & support.

2. Should have worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementation or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycle as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME

3. Implementation/Support experience on Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST

4. Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, Cash Management

5. Should have Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts.

6. Knowledge of Supply Chain execution processes around Procurement , Inventory and/or Supply Chain Accounting events will be a huge plus

7. Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud Financials.

8. Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.

9. Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.
