Job Title: Onsite IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for end-user devices and office infrastructure. The role involves resolving hardware, peripheral, and basic network issues while coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for laptops and desktops (hardware troubleshooting, setup, replacement).
Support office peripherals including printers, scanners, and meeting room AV devices.
Perform basic LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting and coordinate with ISPs or OEMs as needed.
Manage vendor and third-party interactions requiring physical presence.
Assist users with IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain basic documentation of issues and resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in onsite or desktop IT support.
Strong knowledge of end-user hardware and peripherals.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
