Job Summary:
We are seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for end-user devices and office infrastructure. The role involves resolving hardware, peripheral, and basic network issues while coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite support for laptops and desktops (hardware troubleshooting, setup, replacement).

  • Support office peripherals including printers, scanners, and meeting room AV devices.

  • Perform basic LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting and coordinate with ISPs or OEMs as needed.

  • Manage vendor and third-party interactions requiring physical presence.

  • Assist users with IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain basic documentation of issues and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in onsite or desktop IT support.

  • Strong knowledge of end-user hardware and peripherals.

  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
