Summary

A very interesting cyber security startup is looking to add a Software Engineering Leader to their team. In this role, you'll initially be brought in to lead the development and evolution of the organization's application through hands-on contribution and team building. As time goes on, you'll be responsible for building out the software engineering practice beneath you. Ideally looking for a candidate interested in the startup space, and OK with being on-site a few days a week.

The company is at the crossroads of cyber security and agentic AI, which are two of the hottest industries within technology right now. Due to a new seed funding round, this company is actively looking to scale and you have a real chance to be a part of an organization set for serious growth. The role itself has a ton of autonomy and you'll be making decisions that will have a massive impact in the bottom line of the organization as a whole.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to architect and implement new feature dev
Build and mentor full-stack team across FE, BE, and full-stack
Experience maturing startup teams
Strong knowledge of FE frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
Strong experience in backend development in Python
Deep understanding of REST API Design
Deep experience working in AWS/Azure
Understanding of authentication systems

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience integrating AI/ML Models into production applications
Experience with real-time systems and Websockets
Knowledge of data visualization libraries
