Detailed Job Description:

  • Guided Decision Tree, Playbook and Recommended Action implementation and knowledge base experience.
  • Content creation migration and the UX interactions aspect of the migrated objects within the Snow Platform in the CSMFSM Workspace.
  • Experience implementing and enhancing configurable workspaces.
  • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
  • Build ServiceNow Solutions that are adhering to the best practices and provide recommend
