Senior Presentation Designer

SALARY: $135k - $160k plus bonus

LOCATIONS: Dallas/Austin/Houston, TX / Chicago, IL / Boston, MA / Palo Alto/San Francisco/Los Angeles, CA / NYC, NY / Salt Lake City, UT / Washington DC / Miami, FL

2-3 days in office

Portfolios must be provided with all submissions. Looking for a candidate with 5 years technical experience providing a combination of graphics, creation, support of pre-trial and trial functions. Travel up to 50% mostly within your region. 20-40% sporadic and overnight travel 70% billable mean to client.

The Senior Firmwide Presentation Designer will deliver superior graphical production support and consultation to attorneys, legal assistants and expert witnesses. They are experts regarding the use of specialized graphics as visual aids to assist juries, judges, arbitrators and mock juries in matters involving complex litigation. This position requires at least 5 years of technical experience providing some combination of graphics creation, support at pre-trial and at-trial functions.

Superior written and oral communication skills are required, as are the abilities to cultivate customer relationships and foster collaborative relationships with attorneys, legal assistants and colleagues.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite required; working knowledge of 2D/3D animation and modeling software a plus.

  1. Work closely with trial teams to develop graphic recommendations for effective visual communication of case themes.
  2. Conceptualize, design, revise, and oversee completion of high-level graphics, illustrations, and animations.
  3. Create, revise and reformat PowerPoint presentations, developing and maintaining litigation-specific formatting, style, and consistency.
  4. Provide on-site trial support, serving as point of contact and directing workflow when multiple designers present.
  5. Assist with marketing and promotion of Firm s internal trial resources.
  6. Build and maintain strong working relationships with attorneys, legal assistants and colleagues.

This position is 70% billable. (35 or 37.5 hours).

Qualifications & Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills

Bachelor of Arts or Science from accredited College or University, preferred.

5+ years of Legal Technology experience, required.

Technologies/Software

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite required; working knowledge of 2D/3D animation and modeling software a plus
