Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or other support roles servicing clients/customers
- Troubleshooting skills
- Have experience in writing queries to extract data from a database using SQL or any backend query language
- Knowledge of Web Services and APIs
- Multitasking skills
- Collaborate with customers and other team members to analyze, understand the concerns, and resolve issues.
- Ability to work as a team
- Critical thinking the ability to identify the root cause of an issue and suggest possible solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of understanding the code and the ability to resolve support tickets within the stipulated SLAs with minimal supervision
