Job Title: Infor SyteLine Financial Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time - Permanent

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine Financial Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SyteLine ERP and Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI SyteLine) financial modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, experience in a manufacturing environment, and expertise in SyteLine ERP (on-premise) and/or CSI SyteLine (cloud-based). This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, ERP implementation experience, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Infor SyteLine / CSI SyteLine ERP financial modules.
  • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline financial operations within the ERP system.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise in SyteLine financials, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
  • Assist in full-cycle ERP implementation, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
  • Analyze financial workflows in a manufacturing environment and recommend system optimizations.
  • Support and troubleshoot financial transactions, reports, and integrations within SyteLine ERP.
  • Provide training and support to finance teams on SyteLine functionality.
  • Document business processes, system configurations, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SyteLine ERP or Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI SyteLine) financial modules.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP financial implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ERP migrations or upgrades from SyteLine to CloudSuite Industrial.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting tools within SyteLine.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and SyteLine customizations.
