Job Description: As a Workday Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our HR transformation journey. You will work alongside our Systems Integrator and be our advocate during the design and implementation of Workday HCM solutions to meet our business needs. Your expertise in migrating from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday HCM will be crucial in ensuring a seamless transition and maximizing the benefits of our new system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the conversion project from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday HCM from the client side, alongside our SI, ensuring timely and successful migration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
Review the design and configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management.
Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including developers, analysts, and testers.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Stay updated with Workday best practices and industry trends to continuously improve our HR systems.
Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Workday HCM.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Workday Solutions Architect, with a focus on HCM implementations.
Hands-on experience in migrating from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Workday certification is a plus.
