- 1 Braze, 1 Punchh
- Looking to go until the end of year - potential for extension.
- Lesa manages these platforms.
- Can work from anywhere as long as they can work in EST time zone.
- Braze is priority - already in production (went live in December)
- Punchh going live in June.
- Will be new to the entire business.
About the role:
- Everything about the data comes from C360 into Braze
- Making sure models are flowing in appropriately.
- Things to manage on data side.
- Monitoring stuff in Braze platform such as datapoint usage, average monthly active user count, etc.
- Customers - daily requests that come through attributions.
- Connecting Punchh to their C360, and C360 is feeding into Braze.
- Work prior to Punchh going live:
- Helping Lesa from project standpoint
- 2 markets going live: Canada and US
- A lot of configurations, working with data engineers and making sure they have all platform stuff set up
- Making sure all migration work is getting set up correctly.
- Ensuring CBI's, data ingestion is working.
- Have to test to make sure little/no delay for information to go from Punchh ? C360 ? Braze.
- Sometimes will have to do investigations - build queries in SQL to find out what's going on with data.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience with Braze
- Understanding of marketing 101
- segmentation and attributions that go into the requirements of building emails, push, and SMS.
- SQL experience
- Additional engineering platform experience
- Experience with SAS model.
- Punchh:
- Loyalty experience
- Fine if a little less experience on business side if they have platform and data knowledge.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Updating CRM system ? Braze
- Current partner is going out of business so going into production of Punchh.
- Creating a personalized experience for their customers
- Big deal for the company ? going through several changes.
