We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our enterprise applications, including Salesforce, Automation Anywhere, JDE, and SAP. This role requires a strong problem-solving aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in application support, preferably with Salesforce, Automation Anywhere RPA, JDE, and SAP.
  • Experience administrating a Salesforce CRM environment.
  • Accounting and finance process and workflow understanding preferred.
  • Basic Active Directory and SSO knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools is desirable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce, Automation Anywhere, JDE, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
  • Monitor and resolve issues and errors in bot runs in Automation Anywhere, a robotic process automation system.
  • Understand and diagnose accounting and finance workflows
  • Monitor application performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for application support processes and procedures.
  • Assist with application upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to application support and maintenance.
