Job Title: Program Manager

Location: United States (Remote or On-site based on business need)

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for experienced Program Managers with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills, along with hands-on experience in managing large-scale programs and contingent workforces.

Key Expectations in This Role:

  • Maintain end-to-end oversight of candidates in the program, including time sheet tracking and quality delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of contingent workforce documentation and productivity.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the program and demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely completion, and desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Define program goals, timelines, and strategic initiatives.
  • Align program objectives with overall business goals.
  • Lead program planning and review sessions.

  1. Project Management and Coordination:
  • Oversee and support multiple interdependent projects within the program.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and monitor project milestones.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure cross-team coordination.

  1. Risk and Change Management:
  • Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and adapt plans accordingly.
  • Handle change requests and communicate updates to all stakeholders.

  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, presentations, and performance reviews with leadership and project teams.

  1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the program.
  • Analyze progress data and share detailed reports with senior leadership.
  • Recommend optimizations and drive continuous improvement.
