Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The architect will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient implementations aligned with ITSM best practices and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow architecture framework and technical standards.

• Design scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom applications.

• Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide on ServiceNow best practices.

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Participate in roadmap planning, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, etc.

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer, etc.).

• Experience in architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow applications.

• Proficiency in integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in ServiceNow.

• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management.

• Familiarity with security, authentication (OAuth, SAML, etc.), and role-based access.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM, ITOM, or others

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications (plus)
