Description

We are offering a contract-to-permanent position for a Hardware Analyst role located in Norcross, Georgia, United States. This role is predominately focused on AV equipment installation, configuration, programming, and integration, enhancing user experience, and ensuring optimal sound quality in various environments.

Responsibilities:
Install and configure various AV equipment including but not limited to Crestron control systems, QSC audio systems, projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, and other AV components.
Program and integrate Crestron control systems to automate AV functions and enhance the user experience.
Set up and calibrate QSC audio systems for optimal sound quality in various environments.
Ensure effective operation of AV systems by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues as they arise.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices for AV equipment setup and usage.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new technologies and advancements in the AV industry.
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users as needed.
Use computer hardware knowledge to enhance and optimize AV systems.
Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration with team members.
Apply knowledge of audio equipment to ensure optimal sound quality.

Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Computer Hardware
Proficiency in working with Crestron systems
Familiarity with Audio Visual and Audio Equipment
Experience in utilizing Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication
Ability to analyze and resolve hardware related issues
Capability to provide hardware support and maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications in hardware will be considered an advantage.
