Our Client Data Strategy team is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to join us as a Senior Business Analyst in our New York office. This team plays a critical role in providing strategic oversight of client data for global client coverage organizations. It is at the forefront of driving the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap focused on delivering value through the client data lifecycle, including data architecture, governance, acquisition, quality management processes, business intelligence, and advanced analytics. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business Management, Client Coverage, Marketing, and CRM & Sales Enablement.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $120,000-$160,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, translating them into actionable requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve client data management and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documents, including workflows, process diagrams, and report mock-ups, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
- Document project scope and obtain sponsor approvals.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring timely and successful delivery of objectives.
- Partner with IT and business teams to validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure final deliverables meet both technical and business expectations.
- Ensure all requirements align with enterprise data management standards.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large volumes of client data to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Deliver business metrics and insights through reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Analytics, or a related field of study.
- 6+ years' hands-on experience in managing data and analytics projects within Financial Services / Asset Management.
- Strong analytical, writing, and technical skills.
- Must be proficient in SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau or comparable tools; experience with Snowflake, Python, and Salesforce.com (or another CRM product) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex business problems into meaningful components and translate them into actionable business solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to business users.
- Attention to detail and business acumen essential.
- Team player with strong work ethic and focus on meeting deadlines and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
