Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare IT.
- Strong knowledge of Epic systems, particularly in ambulatory operations and revenue cycle functions.
- PMP certification required (or strong justification for equivalent experience).
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with various teams, including clinicians, IT staff, and executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in healthcare IT project management.
- Hands-on experience with Epic implementations, Integration or system optimizations.
