Dynamics Manager

This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity that sits fully remote within the U.S. Sponsorship is not provided.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and solution specialists responsible for delivering enterprise-level solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of business systems and integrations.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and quality assurance procedures across the Dynamics environment.
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to define the roadmap, align priorities, and ensure technology investments meet organizational goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while maintaining focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Drive innovation by leveraging Power Platform tools and Dynamics extensions to streamline workflows and enhance automation.

Position Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional IT experience, including at least 3 years leading teams or managing enterprise-scale software projects.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, or Finance/Operations), including customization, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and experience with cloud services such as Azure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Familiarity with licensing, compliance, and optimization within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.) preferred.
