Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades (e.g., Oracle Fusion, EBS).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and configure Oracle ERP modules including Financials (AP, AR, GL), Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Oversee development of RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements for localizations.
  • Provide leadership in testing, training, and change management activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Recommend patches, upgrades, and enhancements to optimize system performance.
  • Document processes, configurations, and user procedures.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS modules.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, PMP, CBAP) are preferred.
Preferred Experience:
  • Industry-specific ERP experience (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, healthcare).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Security and role-based access controls.
  • Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country localizations.
