Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ETL Architect to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and ETL pipeline architecture. This is an onsite role requiring a highly skilled data professional who can design and optimize large-scale data integration solutions within the Azure cloud environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted year-for-year.

  • 7+ years of experience in ETL development and data engineering.

  • 3+ years of experience with:

    • Azure Data Factory (ADF)

    • Azure Databricks

    • Azure Synapse Analytics

    • Azure Purview

    • Azure Cloud environment

  • Proven track record in building and optimizing large-scale ETL pipelines for high-performance and high-availability systems.

  • Strong proficiency in Spark, Python, and/or Scala for large-scale data transformations.

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience handling complex data structures.

  • Deep understanding of data governance, security, and role-based access control (RBAC) within Azure.

  • Ability to design ETL processes that are resilient, efficient, and regulatory compliant.

Additional Information

  • Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Tallahassee, FL.

  • A Level II Background Check is required prior to engagement.
