Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bloomfield, MI. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying advanced solutions across Salesforce platforms. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with architects, DevOps specialists, and QA teams while contributing to enterprise-level application enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and test Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), workflows, triggers, and complex formulas.
Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Design and evaluate integration patterns and practices through proof-of-concept implementations in collaboration with architects.
Enhance DevOps pipelines and processes, including monitoring and test automation practices.
Conduct product and solution evaluations, including prototyping and proof-of-concept demonstrations, to align with business goals.
Ensure seamless cross-system integration, managing API interactions and processing events.
Deploy and upgrade managed Salesforce packages, ensuring compatibility and optimal functionality.
Collaborate with teams to address code and configuration-based defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to branching and code merging practices using repository tools like Git.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, including Salesforce products and cloud platforms, to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise-level application development, including full-stack Salesforce development.
At least 2-3 years of experience working in a Scrum team environment.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce capabilities, including Apex, LWCs, workflows, triggers, and security configurations.
Expertise in data modeling and familiarity with Salesforce cloud/product data models.
Solid understanding of branching and code merging practices in Git or equivalent repositories.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.
Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset is strongly preferred.
