Job Description

OBJECTIVES

This individual will help shape and implement the vision across US stakeholders leveraging data, digital, and technology to deliver Next Best Action informed by Takeda's value creation framework. They will play an important role in testing innovative DD&T Next Best Action approaches, applying best practices, driving adoption, and scaling based on the needs and life cycle of individual brands.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Partner and to a high degree engage with commercial stakeholders across all US Business Units to understand market dynamics, brand opportunities and challenges
  • Partner with DD&T vendors and Takeda SMEs across the Enterprise to understand the value proposition of Data, Digital, and Technology, both strategically and tactically
  • Determine the DD&T roadmap for select brands exploiting DD&T capabilities to drive value
  • Closely collaborate with leadership to operate in a federated data product team for NBA in an Agile manner
  • Resource and oversee Next Best Action projects ensuring agreed upon scope is delivered on budget and time according to strategy and plan
  • Coordinate the operational transition to DD&T support teams
  • Continuously measure and adjust to optimize value and performance.
  • Liaise with change management SMEs to develop clear and compelling training or communication materials to propel change initiatives

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Required
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7+ years experience with increasing responsibilities in marketing, advertising or sales related function
  • 3+ years digital experience in healthcare, HCP packaged goods, financial services or at a digital agency
  • Working knowledge of healthcare data sets, including claims data, laboratory data, marketing engagement data, segmentation data, and commerical usage thereof
  • Familiarity with common technology platform and solution providers such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobbe, IQVIA, etc.
  • Familiarity with data-driven triggering across personal and non-personal promotional tactics
  • Familiarity with AI, Data Warehousing, Data Lake trends and concepts
  • Good understanding of financial planning and management
  • Solid understanding with delivery focused ways of working, i.e. Waterfall, Agile, etc.
  • Ability to manage execution of multiple tactics by engaging key stakeholders across Takeda and agencies, while keeping the patient and HCP experience firmly at the forefront
  • Experience working closely with Technology and Business functions - including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Analytics & Insights, IT and Operations
  • Ability to work in an agile environment at a fast pace
  • Experience working on large, complex projects (from planning through stabilization) with enterprise impacts and c-level sponsorship
  • Eagerness to shape the future and undeterred by ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills to help others embrace change

U.S. Base Salary Range:
$153,600.00 - $241,340.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
