Job Details

Essential Skills:

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in SAP S/4HANA version upgrades, including with or without the N+1 approach, with a strong focus on planning and issue resolution.

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Basis Engineer with specialization in SAP S/4HANA (versions 1809 through 2023).

  • Proficient in managing SAP environments hosted on HEC (HANA Enterprise Cloud).

  • Skilled in planning, executing, and validating system updates, patches, and kernel upgrades.

  • Deep expertise in SAP Basis operations, including performance tuning and technical troubleshooting.

  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-geography and cross-functional teams.

  • Solid understanding of SAP security, compliance standards, and GRC tools.

  • Exposure to related SAP tools such as CPI, Concur, Ariba, etc.

  • Capable of working independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Desirable Skills:

  • Additional experience or certifications in SAP cloud technologies or integrations.

  • Prior involvement in complex enterprise SAP landscape migrations or hybrid cloud transitions.

  • Familiarity with automation tools or DevOps practices in SAP environments.
