Job Details
Title: TIBCO Architect
Duration: Long term contract
Location: Waukegan City in Chicago North Suburbs
There is an urgent requirement for TIBCO Architect to work onsite in Client office (from Waukegan City in Chicago North Suburbs).

Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust integration solutions using Tibco technologies, including Tibco BusinessWorks, Tibco EMS, and Tibco API Gateway.
- Lead the development of integration patterns and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration projects.
- Oversee the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and quality standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, utilizing tools like Tibco Administrator to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our integration capabilities.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Tibco architecture and development, with a strong understanding of integration patterns and methodologies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions using Tibco products.
- Strong knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and messaging protocols.
- Experience with database systems and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud-based integration solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Relevant Tibco certifications (e.g., Tibco Certified Professional).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in Tibco products, including Tibco BusinessWorks, Tibco EMS, and Tibco API Management.
- Proficiency in .Net programming
- Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools for integration solutions.
